Crafted with tart heritage apples and island heirloom crabapples, this apple preserve has great balance and color. Smooth, dense, with just the slightest hint of bitter, it's a perfect companion to cheese. Like apple butter made in the style of a Spanish quince paste but more complex.

We especially love it paired with soft, gooey cheeses but it's a classic with a hard aged gouda or anything sheep's milk. Not too sweet and perfect with charcuterie. We're also partial to this one for our Jam Tart or slathering on store bought shortbread.
