Our preserves are pitted, sliced and diced by us, then cooked in the same six copper pots we started with in 2013 with no pectin and organic fair trade cane sugar. Much of the fruit comes from the orchards planted over a century ago. 

The shrubs begin with that same fruit. 

Tell us who it's for and what you'd like to spend. We'll build the box, pack it here on Orcas, and secure it well for the ferry ride.

What can go in the box?

 

Preserves for cheese boards, the breakfast table, and the last course.

Shrubs are concentrated, sweet and sour syrups. A splash in sparkling water is the whole drink. Good for guests who aren't drinking, and the one who are.

Bitters are an orchard extract for dashing into cocktails or sparkling water.

Wines from Wines by Girl Meets Dirt. Pét-nat sparkling wines made from island orchard fruit - apples, pears, quince, plums - finished in the bottle.

Is there a minimum requirement?

Custom orders start at $2500 total with minimum gifts starting from $100 each. 

Can I personalize the gift?

Yes, we can include a personalized card with your message 

How much lead time do you need? 

Three weeks from final details to ship date. Order by November 15th for delivery before Christmas. 

These dates are guides, not walls. Running behind? Ask anyway. We may be able to make it happen, though rush fees may apply. 

What does shipping cost?
$16 -$20 per address, depending on the size of the box. Wine is quoted separately.
