Crafted with tart heirloom apples and island crabapples, this apple preserve has great balance and color. Smooth, dense, with just the slightest hint of bitter, it's a perfect companion to cheese. Like apple butter made in the style of a Spanish quince paste but more complex.

We especially love it paired with soft, gooey cheeses but it's a classic with a hard aged gouda or anything sheep's milk. Not too sweet and perfect with charcuterie. We're also partial to this one for our Jam Tart or slathering on store bought shortbread.

Ingredients: apples, crabapples, organic fair trade cane sugar, organic lemon juice

No pectin - just fruit, sugar, time and evaporation.
