We don't often stray from our orchard fruit obsession – but this straight up tomato jam is worthy of the stretch. The cheesemongers cult favorite by far, this pantry workhouse shines across the spectrum. This year’s batch includes beautiful heirloom tomatoes from Mama Bird Farm on San Juan Island, outdoor grown, sun-ripened and kissed by the ocean breezes. This past season we also brought in the lauded Dirty Girl Produce dry farmed Early Girls – and the combination is genius! We tease out the natural sweetness of these beauties with organic cane sugar, curls of organic lemon zest, and a pinch of San Juan Sea Salt.

If you've never tried tomato jam, it was a revelation to us – you won't be disappointed. Fabulous with every cheese pairing we've tried it with – and we swear by it on a ham sandwich.
